What is the best piece of advice you can give clients starting their lending journey?
“Know your numbers. Understand what income you have coming in and what expenses you have going out and base your purchase price on what you believe you can afford to repay not what someone else tells you a lender may give you.”
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
“Hopefully generous, empathetic and unfortunately a bit competitive!”
What can you be found doing when you aren’t at work?
“Playing the occasional game of golf. Unfortunately, I tend to spend too much time trapped in the bunker.”
What advice would you give your teenage self?
“Do not come home after 3 months overseas. Take yourself out of your comfort zone and explore what it is like to live in another country and culture.”
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in anything, what would it be?
“Great question. Some sort of expert in the technology space. The digital environment is the future, and it is here! I can barely remember how to turn my computer on in the morning.”
