Meet Shane

The 35 year old started his property investment journey when he was living at home with his parents and dog.  He bought his first investment property in 2006 and is now up to investment number 3.

Shane had some money saved, enough for a deposit on 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located in Croydon, Victoria. He never thought this purchase would lead to two more and make him money while he's sleeping.

What Shane needs
